Unprecedented Flexibility

True high-mix automated machining, bound by two simple constraints: Process, and Capacity.

Capacity is defined as the volume envelope of the machine, and is most easily described as the largest piece of raw material stock the APC can handle.

Process is currently defined as 5-Axis CNC Milling, but could include additive manufacturing, turning, and more. We only develop APC's if they exceed the industry standard when measured by degree of automation, reliability, and application flexibility.

Statistical controls allow us to focus on what matters, and focus resources on the root of the problem. This relentless pursuit is embodied in our current APC, which is a true lights-out manufacturing machine.

Things happen, and our APC adapts. In-process probing and advanced auto recovery strategies allow the cell to work the problem, and continue to work even when your team isn't.

Centralized data provides real-time and stored feedback to your team to influence CAM strategies, design-for-manufacture, and internal processes without noise or anecdote.
